What am I doing? Where am I going? What is going on?
I was recently invited to play in the 9th Annual Global Challenge Tournament in Pula, Croatia by a team connected with a company called Bring It Promotions. They also work to place Americans on professional leagues in Europe after they graduate. I will travel to Croatia, Montenegro, and Italy during my time there, including training with a European team and a four-day tournament against teams from all over! We will finish up in Venice for sight-seeing and then I will be back on my way to the states.
The team will be comprised of players from all over the US and will be called BIP Continental (or BIP CON for short). We will range from high school upperclassmen to young college underclassmen. All girls who are ready to learn, improve, and travel the world in search for new and exciting volleyball adventures.
The weeks leading up to it have been both nerve-wracking and exciting. I can't wait to see what this experience has in store for me! 2013 Global Challenge Volleyball Tournament here I come!
